"Your Thoughts Create Your World"
There’s a simple but powerful truth – your thoughts shape your life. Whatever you think consistently, you slowly start becoming. Your outer world is nothing but a reflection of your inner mindset. That’s why people often say, “Change your thoughts, and your life will change.”
My Experience
This has happened to me many times in life—whenever I feel strongly from within that I shouldn’t do something, when my heart doesn’t give permission, and something just doesn’t feel right about it, then no matter how promising the work looks on the outside, it usually ends in loss or regret instead of benefit. It's almost as if my inner voice already knew the outcome.
The same applies to personal relationships—when someone close to me gets upset or walks away, and I ignore that deep inner feeling urging me to do something about it, I later realise the value of what I lost. That regret stays longer than expected.
I remember once I had made a plan to go somewhere. Everything was arranged, but there was a strange feeling inside me—not fear exactly, but a kind of discomfort or resistance. I still went ahead with the plan, but after returning, I genuinely regretted it. I kept thinking, “I wish I hadn’t gone.”
These experiences have made me realise that our inner voice—our gut feeling or intuition—is very powerful. It’s not just emotion; it’s a kind of spiritual guidance that knows what’s best for us, even before things actually happen. Whenever I have ignored that feeling, I’ve paid the price. Now, I try to listen to it more seriously.
